Note that the Comtrack courses identified as Life and Health apply to those general lines of authority in all states. Individual states may formally refer to these lines of authority and the state exams as "Life and Accident & Health," "Life, Annuities, Accident, Health or Sickness," "Life and Disability," or similar. Comtrack Life and Health courses prepare you for all those exams. Please check with your testing provider for the correct exam name before registering for your state exam.
Use the Exam Breakdown to know where to focus your valuable study time. Each exam has a certain number of questions allocated to each chapter, so concentrating your studies on the chapters that are more heavily weighted on the exam will benefit you when taking the actual exam.
Know that to qualify for your producer license in California, in addition to passing a licensing exam for your line of authority, you are required to complete 12 hours of code and ethics.
